| Abstract: | The article presents the results of a comprehensive assessment of heart function in patients with COPD with and without pulmonary hypertension. Remodeling of the right heart chambers in COPD is registered in the early stages of the disease before the appearance of clinical and echocardiographic signs of pulmonary hypertension. Parameters of heart rate variability are related to the level of natriuretic peptide and structural and functional disorders of the heart В статье представлены результаты комплексной оценки функции сердца у пациентов с ХОБЛ с легочной гипертензией и без нее. Ремоделирование правых камер сердца при ХОБЛ регистрируется на ранних стадиях болезни до появления клинических и эхокардиографических признаков ЛГ. Показатели вариабельности ритма сердца взаимосвязаны с уровнем натрийуретического пептида и структурно-функциональными нарушениями сердца |
