Роль иммунных факторов в функционировании репродуктивной системы женщины

Abstract

Modern data of literature on the role of immune mechanisms in the regulation of early stages of the reproductive process associated with the maturation of oocytes, pre-implantation embryogenesis, embryo implantation and development of pregnancy. Discussed in detail the involvement of different types of immune cells and cytokines produced by them in the regulation of these processes. The review highlights the immunological aspects of the pathogenesis of infertility, which may serve as a basis for the development of prognostic criteria for the effectiveness of assisted reproductive technologies.

Представлены современные данные литературы о роли иммунных механизмов в регуляции ранних этапов репродуктивного процесса, связанных с созреванием ооцитов, доимплантационным эмбриогенезом, имплантацией эмбриона и развитием беременности. Подробно обсуждается участие различных типов иммунокомпетентных клеток и продуцируемых ими цитокинов в регуляции указанных процессов. В обзоре освещаются иммунологические аспекты патогенеза бесплодия, что может послужить основой для разработки прогностических критериев эффективности вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий.
