The signs of the syndrome of the defeat of the myocardium are revealled under different variant of the current opisthorchose, however mainly under superinvasion opisthorchis felineus. Change on electrocardiogram beside patient opisthorchose are an evidences for undertaking deepened instrumental diagnostics. For early diagnostics of the syndrome of the defeat of the myocardium in plan of the examination sick opisthorchose invasion necessary to include the study of the whey shelters on cardiospecific and acutephase of the squirrel. All patient is with clinical picture myocarditis necessary to conduct the diagnostics invasion, caused opisthorchis felineus.

При описторхозе могут наблюдаться синдромы поражения сердечно-сосудистой системы, в том числе миокардит. Признаки синдрома поражения миокарда выявляются при различных вариантах течения описторхоза, однако преимущественно при суперинвазии opisthorchis felineus. Изменения на электрокардиограмме у пациентов описторхозом являются показаниями для проведения углубленной инструментальной диагностики. Для ранней диагностики синдрома поражения миокарда в план обследования больных описторхозной инвазией необходимо включать исследование сыворотки крови на кардиоспецифические ферменты и острофазные белки. Всем пациентам с клинической картиной миокардита необходимо проводить диагностику инвазии, вызванной opisthorchis felineus.
