| Abstract: | Organophosphate compounds are used by humans in many branches of industrial activity, and also have high toxicity, so the treatment of organophosphate poisoning is still important in disaster medicine. This article discusses the mechanisms of their action on the body, the principles of treatment of poisoning, and also analyzes the clinical case for compliance with clinical guidelines.
