| Abstract: | In our study out of 1 831 samples of 158 bum patients. The bum patient’s biotopes of the isolates were P aeruginosa, S. Aureus, A. baumannii, K. pneumoniae. P aeruginosa are main pathogen in patients with bum injury. P. aeruginosa were founded in monoculture and in association with other microorganisms. In associations with other microorganisms, P.aeruginosa were in 74.5% of cases resistant to the ciprofloxacin, imipenem, meropenem, etc. Introduction restrictive schema antibiotics were reduced the resistance of P. aeruginosa to antibiotics. Цель исследования. Изучить микробный пейзаж культур микроорганизмов, выделяемых из очагов гнойной инфекции у пациентов с ожоговой травмой и определить условия формирования их резистентности к антимикробным препаратам. |
