Abstract

In medicine widely implemented diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic intervention. This open up new opportunities in high-tech healthcare. However, it puts forward new requirements for infectious safety of medical procedures. The importance of infectious safety of endoscopic interventions proven by numerous foreign and domestic research. From 1976 to the present time, there are more than 300 cases of infection in patients with gastroscopy and more than 100 — by bronchoscopy. Several dozen cases have died. The epidemiological situation in many socially significant diseases is not successful. This leads to increased risks of infection during medical procedures. The design of endoscopes is complex. It is not possible to handle them efficiently. The violation of technology to increase of the infectious risks. The objective assessment of the infectious risk is difficult, because we do not have official statistics on the number of performed manipulations and diagnosed cases of infections.

Цель исследования. Оценить риск передачи инфекционных заболеваний в эндоскопических кабинетах (отделениях) медицинских организаций Свердловской области.
