Оперативная коррекция сколиоза у детей

Abstract

Scoliosis — a serious, progressive disease of the spine, accompanied by visceral nervous system. When scoliosis develops physical disability, there are profound mental suffering due to the large cosmetic defects. We studied and analyzed the medical records of children undergoing surgery at the Regional Children's Clinical Hospital № 1 about idiopathic scoliosis grade 3 and 4, in the period from 2006 to 2014. The total number of operated children was 36, of whom the vast majority of cases dominated by females (96.3%). The form of scoliosis more often (86%) met the C-shaped scoliosis, which is 94.5% of the cases was a right-hand. By localization often been twisted thoracic (66%) than the thoracolumbar (34%). According to the degree of scoliosis distribution, as follows: Article 3. — 47.2%; 4 tbsp. — 52.8%.
