| Abstract: | It was examine clinic approbation lozartan (Cozaar, MERK SHARP & ЕЮНМЕ) in comparison with perindopril and indopamid (Noliprel, Servier) in therapy of patients with hypertension, hyperuricemia and gout. The received data indicate the higher effectiveness of Cozaar to decrease of serum uric acid levels by patients with hyperuricemia and gout with hypertension. It allows to raise the quality of life of patients and to lower the risk of cardiovascular events, to lower the dose of allopurinol by patients with gout Цель исследования - выяснить приоритеты в назначении антигипертензивных препаратов у пациентов с подагрой. |
