Количественное определение карбамазепина методом газожидкостной хроматографии

Abstract

Identification of the antiepileptic drugs which have caused a poisoning, and the quantitative analysis is of great importance in the clinic-toxicological analysis. In the course of the research work the conditions for isolation of carbamazepine from serum by liquid-liquid extraction vrere chosen. The dependence of carbamazepine and iminostilben content on the initial concentration of carbamazepine was studied. It is found to be linear so that this method of analysis can be used for the determination of carbamazepine in serum.
