Abstract: The authors have performed the comparative analysis of clinical and laboratory data, medical literature review and also their own axillary hydradenitis surgical treatment results in the city hospital. During the last ten years many aspects of etiology, symptoms and operation technique have changed. Previous routine operation methods are out of date. Nowadays active surgical tactics is necessary to achieve the best results and to minimize postoperational complications and disease recurrence. In our surgery department 125 patients with axillary hydradenitis were treated taking into consideration the type and character of the disease.
