Abstract: | The article gives the information about 44 patients with laterofixation of true vocal cord. The research includes 41 patients with median laryngostenosis diagnosis with paralitic ethiology and tracheostoma, and 3 patients with transaction of both recurrent nerves, in order to prevent median laryngostenosis extralaiyngeal arethynoidopexy is used. The research was conducted on the basis of Head and Neck Department in Sverdlosk regional oncologic clinic. The ratio of postoperative complications is 9.1%. The ratio of rehabilitation is 100% (44 patients). Представлен опыт латерофиксации истинной голосовой связки у 44 пациентов. В исследование включен 41 пациент с диагнозом срединный стеноз гортани паралитической этиологии с наличием трахеостомы и 3 пациента после пересечения обоих возвратных нервов для предупреждения срединного стеноза методом экстраларингеальной аритеноидопексии, на базе ОГШ СООД. Число послеоперационных осложнений составило 9.1 %. Реабилитация достигнута у 44 пациентов (100%). |
