Abstract: | At the analysis of indicators of quality of the life, characterizing health, at workers of manufacture of ferrous metallurgy authentic decrease in the indicators characterizing the mental status and the general state of health at enough high indicators of the physical status is revealed. Direct influence of respiratory symptoms and degree of bronchial obstruction on indicators of quality of life is established. Deviations are in a greater degree expressed at women and at pneumoconiosis diagnostics. При анализе показателей качества жизни, характеризующих здоровье, у рабочих производства черной металлургии выявлено достоверное снижение показателей, характеризующих психический статус и общего состояния здоровья при достаточно высоких показателях физического статуса. Установлено прямое влияние респираторных симптомов и степени бронхиальной обструкции на показатели качества жизни. Отклонения в большей степени выражены у женщин и при диагностике пневмокониоза. |
