Abstract:	The aim of this study was based on a retrospective analysis of treatment of 65 children patients with nephrolithiasis evaluate the effectiveness of DSWL. Evaluated the following features: the disintegration of the stone after lithotripsy, the rate of formation of 'stone track', the presence of postoperative complications. Development and improvement of the algorithm of diagnosis and treatment of urolithiasis in children will allow more efficient use of the method of extracorporeal lithotripsy in these patients. Целью данной работы явился ретроспективный анализ лечения 65 детей больных нефролитиазом, которым применялась ДУВЛ. Оценивались следующие признаки: дезинтеграция камня после литотрипсии, частота формирования «каменной дорожки», наличие послеоперационных осложнений. Разработка и совершенствование алгоритма диагностики и лечения МКБу детей позволяет более эффективно использовать метод дистанционной литотрипсии у данной группы пациентов.
