Дискуссионные вопросы классификации рожистого воспаления

Abstract

The work is devoted to understanding the contradictions and shortcomings in the classification of erysipelas, from concept and further details of all clinical headings. The most thoroughly analyzed the issues of verification of erysipelas on the nature of the disease, the severity and prevalence, as well as complications. The authors believe that the proposed new working classification of erysipelas eliminates gaps and will improve communication between doctors of different profiles and expert service compulsory health insurance (CHI).

Работа посвящена осмыслению противоречий классификации рожистого воспаления. Наиболее основательно проанализированы вопросы верификации рожистого воспаления по характеру заболевания, тяжести и распространенности, а также по осложнениям. Авторы полагают, что предложенная новая рабочая классификация рожистого воспаления позволит улучшить взаимопонимание между врачами разных профилей и экспертной службой ОМК.
