Группы взаимопомощи при работе с больными шизофренией

Abstract

The purpose of our work to acquaint with a complex of rehabilitation of mentally sick people in groups of mutual aid and to investigate their assessment of psychotherapeutic sessions and the psychotherapeutic relations. These groups were carried out for strengthening of mental health and improvement of position of patients by schizophrenia and their relatives in society. For studying of an assessment of psychotherapeutic sessions and the psychotherapeutic relations we used the Bilefelsky questionnaire. Selection was made by the patients visiting groups of mutual aid more than a year and less than a year. The received results showed moderate positive changes of patients of both selections. But there are also distinctions: indicators of scales 'the general condition in time and after therapeutic session1 and the general assessment of session' are mainly expressed in selection of the patients visiting groups of mutual aid more than one year. At the patients visiting groups less than a year considerable positive changes came to light, first of all, on a scale 'a physical relaxation'.

Цель нашей работы ознакомить с комплексом реабилитации психически больных людей в группах взаимопомощи и исследовать их оценку психотерапевтических сессий и психотерапевтических отношений. Данные группы проводились для укрепления психического здоровья и улучшения положения больных шизофренией и их близких в обществе. Для изучения оценки психотерапевтических сессий и психотерапевтических отношений мы использовали Билефельский опросник. Выборку составили пациенты, посещавшие группы взаимопомощи больше года и меньше года. Полученные результаты показали умеренные положительные изменения пациентов обоих выборок. Но есть и различия: показатели шкал «общее состояние во время и после терапевтической сессии» и «общая оценка сессии» преимущественно выражены в выборке больных, посещавших группы взаимопомощи более одного года. У пациентов, посещающих группы меньше года значительные положительные изменения выявились, прежде всего, по шкале «физическое расслабление».
