| Abstract: | The article analyzes the results of a sociological survey of the population of the Sverdlovsk region in the context of the MIC ‘ASTROMED-MS (SLL) on satisfaction with the quality and availability of medical care, data handling complaints insured in MIC ‘ASTROMED-MS (SLL), the results of examinations. В статье анализируются результаты социологических опросов населения Свердловской области в разрезе СМК «АСТРАМЕД-МС» (ОАО) по вопросам удовлетворенности качеством и доступностью медицинской помощи, данные работы с жалобами застрахованных в СМК «АСТРАМЕД-МС» (ОАО), данные результатов экспертиз. |
