Диагностика и лечение GAVE-синдрома (обзор)

Abstract

Gastric antral vascular ectasia or GAVE-syndrome is rare, but sufficiently serious cause of gastrointestinal bleedings, which is the reason of 4% of all non-variceal hemorrhages in gastrointestinal tract. This article is a review, where the issues of main causes of GAVE-syndrome, methods of diagnosis, and tactics of treatment are revealed. The article reveals the morphology of GAVE-syndrome, differential diagnosis of GAVE-syndrome and portal hypertensive gastropathy, pathogenesis, GAVE-syndrome associated illnesses. The analysis of effectiveness of applied methods of treatment of GAVE-syndrome: drug therapy and endoscopic techniques and operational manual. The significances of effectiveness indexes of applied methods of diagnostic and treatment of GAVE-syndrome are revealed.

Эктазия вен антрального отдела желудка GAVE-синдром - редкая, но довольно серьезная причина желудочно-кишечных кровотечений, отвечающая за 4% всех неварикозных геморрагий в желудочно-кишечном тракте. Статья носит обзорный характер, в которой отражены вопросы основных причин GAVE-синдрома, методов диагностики, тактики лечения. В статье отражена морфология GAVE-синдрома, дифференциальная диагностика GAVE-синдрома и портальной гипертензионной гастропатии, патогенез GAVE-синдрома, ассоциированные заболевания. Анализ эффективности применяемых методов лечение GAVE-синдрома медикаментозная терапия, эндоскопические методики и оперативное пособие, приведены значения показателей эффективности применяемых методов диагностики, лечения GAVE-синдрома.
