Редкий случай гидраденита лона, протекающего под маской острого эпидидимита и острого фуникулита

Abstract

А гаге observation of hidradenitis suppurativa of the mons pubis in a patient of 26 years suffering from insulin-dependent form of diabetes mellitus of the 1st type and obesity is described. In the present observation the hidradenitis suppurativa of the mons pubis has proceeded under the mask of acute epididymitis and acute funiculitis in the initial stage and caused diagnostic difficulties. The use of high-resolution ultrasound has been used to exclude acute diseases of the scrotum, to establish the correct diagnosis, to determine the stage of the disease and navigation in percutaneous puncture and aspiration of the subcutaneous abscess. The etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the disease are discussed.

Приводится описание редкого наблюдения гидраденита лона у пациента 26 лет, страдающего инсулинозависимой формой сахарного диабета 1 -го типа и ожирением. В представленном наблюдении гидраденит лона протекал под маской острого эпидидимита и острого фуникулита и в начальной стадии вызвал диагностические трудности. Применение высокоразрешающего ультразвукового исследования позволило исключить острые заболевания органов мошонки, установить правильный диагноз, определить стадию заболевания и осуществить навигацию при чрескожной пункции и аспирации подкожного абсцесса. В статье обсуждаются этиология, патогенез, диагностика, лечение и прогноз заболевания.
