Неалкогольная жировая болезнь печени и сахарный диабет 2 типа: способы выявления и контроля патологических процессов в печени

Abstract

In the review, it is considered in detail that at the present stage there is an increase in the number of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) on the background of type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM). Two diseases exacerbate the flow of each other. The aim of the work was to generalize the modern diagnostic capabilities in detecting NAFLD, determining the activity and course of diseases in patients with type 2 diabetes and monitoring the state of the liver in the dynamics of treatment. The article reflects the diagnostic significance of clinical, laboratory, morphological and instrumental research methods with an emphasis on the possibilities of visual diagnostics, including magnetic resonance therapy, magnetic resonance spectroscopy and elastography.

В обзорной статье подчеркивается, что на современном этапе наблюдается рост числа пациентов с неалкогольной жировой болезнью печени (НАЖБП) на фоне сахарного диабета (СД) 2 типа. Два заболевания усугубляют течение друг друга. Целью работы явилось обобщить современные диагностические возможности при выявлении НАЖБП, определении активности и течения заболевания у больных СД 2 типа и контроля за состоянием печени в динамике лечения. В статье отражена диагностическая значимость клинических, лабораторных, морфологических и инструментальных методов исследования с акцентом на возможности методов визуальной диагностики, включая магнитно-резонансную терапию, магнитно-резонансную спектроскопию и эластографию.
