Abstract: | The article presents a model for organizing a 24-hour hospital that provides emergency care for children with somatic diseases. It is shown that an effective emergency care system in the around-the-clock hospital does not preclude the availability of planned medical care for children, thanks to the organization of in-patient replacement technologies. The result of continuity between inpatient and polyclinic, the introduction of digitalization, algorithms and clinical protocols of treatment and diagnosis is a high level of quality of medical care for the child population. |
