Опыт лапароскопической гистерэктомии через SILS-порт

Abstract

Taking into account the emergence of new techniques SILS (Single Incision Laparoscopic Surgery), there is a need assessment of their advantages. On the basis of the City Clinical Hospital №40 eight hysterectomies were performed in patients with uterine leiomyoma by SILS. As a result, it was found that the operation of the port has a number of advantages: excellent cosmetic effect, and improve quality of life, minimal pain in the postoperative period, the duration of the operation is comparable with standard laparoscopy.

С учетом появления новых методик SILS (Single Incision Laparoscopic Surgery), есть необходимость оценки их преимуществ. На базе МАУ ГКБ ЫО нами было проведено 8 гистерэктомий у пациенток с лейомиомой матки методом SILS-порта. В результате было выявлено, что однопортовая хирургия имеет ряд преимуществ: прекрасный косметических эффект, минимальный болевой синдром в послеоперационном периоде, улучшение качества жизни. Продолжительность операции была сопоставима со стандартной лапароскопией.
