Острая кишечная инфекция и беременность: обзор литературы

Abstract

Acute intestinal infections (AII) during pregnancy are an important and still not fully resolved clinical problem, and therefore they are the cause of serious complications of pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. Given the constant change in the spectrum of actual pathogens of AII, changes in the socio-demographic characteristics of pregnant women, there remains a practical need to update knowledge about the interaction of the infectious process and gestation. The article analyzes the literature data concerning the influence of AII on the course of pregnancy, childbirth and the perinatal state of children, as well as methods and effectiveness of therapy for intestinal infections in pregnant women

Острые кишечные инфекции (ОКИ) при беременности являются важной и до настоящего времени не до конца решенной клинической проблемой, в связи с чем представляют собой причину серьезных осложнений беременности, родов и послеродового периода. Учитывая постоянную смену спектра актуальных возбудителей ОКИ, изменение социально-демографических характеристик беременных, сохраняется практическая необходимость в обновлении знаний о взаимовлиянии инфекционного процесса и гестации. В статье проанализированы литературные данные, касающиеся влияния ОКИ на течение беременности, родов и перинатальное состояние детей, а также методов и эффективности терапии кишечных инфекций у беременных
