Синдром Котара (литературный обзор)

Abstract

А literature review on Cotard syndrome is presented in this article. This syndrome was described more than a century ago, however, information on such a pathology is made up of individual cases without description of the clinical condition and the delirium, which do not give a complete picture of the syndrome needed for the correct diagnosis and adequate treatment in the future. We have analyzed the literature and presented the epidemiology, etiology and pathogenesis, clinical picture and possible prognosis of the course of the CS. In the literature review, clinical examples, namely, the descriptions of the patients' delusions, found directly in the foreign as well as domestic sources, as well as the descriptions of the case histories from the doctors who are currently observing patients

В работе представлен обзор литературы по синдрому Котара (СК). Этот синдром был описан более столетия назад, однако информацию по таковой патологии составляют отдельные случаи без описания клинического состояния и описания бреда, не дающие полной картины синдрома, необходимой для правильной постановки диагноза и адекватного лечения в дальнейшем. Проведён анализ литературы и представлены эпидемиология, этиология и патогенез, клиническая картина и возможный прогноз течения СК. В литературном обзоре приводятся клинические примеры, а именно, описания бреда больных, непосредственно найденные в зарубежных, отечественных источниках, а также описания историй болезни от врачей, наблюдающих пациентов в настоящее время
