Демографические тенденции в Уральском федеральном округе на современном этапе

Abstract

Demographic indicators in the Ural Federal District demonstrate the Ural Cross with a negative value of natural growth due to a decrease in the birth rate since 2013 in all constituent entities of the okrug. At the same time, the overall mortality rate since 2011 decreased by 8.6%. The decline in fertility is confirmed by a decrease in the number of births with a rate of decline in 2019 of 7.5%. The crisis forecast of the demographic situation shows by 2021 a decrease in childbirth by an average of 8930 per year, which will entail an aggravation of the negative dynamics of natural growth. Considering that the demographic situation in the Ural Federal District and the Russian Federation is determined, as elsewhere in the world, including by social factors, the hope is placed on the measures taken by the Government of the Russian Federation for social support for families, voiced in the message of the President of Russia to the Federal Assembly on January 15, 2020. Summing up, it should be noted that the stimulation of childbearing cannot independently compensate for the situation, therefore, measures aimed at stabilizing demography should be comprehensive. This will solve a number of problems, demonstrate positive trends and find a way out of the demographic crisis. Therefore, on the part of the medical community, it is necessary to actively support and implement measures to reduce the gynecological and urological incidence of women and men of reproductive age, reduce abortion, including pre-abortion counseling, reduce reproductive losses, and develop assisted reproductive technologies on the principle of “every pregnancy is worth its weight in gold”.

Демографические показатели в УФО демонстрируют «Уральский крест» с отрицательным значением естественного прироста за счет снижения рождаемости с 2013 года во всех субъектах округа. При этом уровень общей смертности с 2011 года снизился на 8,6%. Снижение рождаемости подтверждается снижением числа родов с темпом убыли в 2019 году 7,5%. Кризис прогноз демографической ситуации показывает к 2021 году снижение родов в среднем на 8930 в год, что повлечет за собой усугубление отрицательной динамики естественного прироста. Учитывая, что в УФО и РФ демографическая ситуация определяется как и везде в мире, в том числе, и социальными факторами, возлагается надежда на предпринимаемые Правительством РФ мерах социальной поддержки семей, озвученных в послании Президента России к Федеральному Собранию 15 января 2020 года. Подводя итог, следует отметить, что Стимуляция деторождения не может самостоятельно компенсировать ситуацию, поэтому меры, направленные на стабилизацию демографии, должны быть комплексными. Это позволит решить ряд проблем, продемонстрировать положительные тенденции и найти выход из демографического кризиса. Поэтому со стороны медицинского сообщества необходимо активно поддерживать и осуществлять мероприятия по снижению гинекологической и урологической заболеваемости женщин и мужчин репродуктивного возраста, снижению абортов, включая доабортное консультирование, снижение репродуктивных потерь, развитие вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий по принципу «каждая беременность на вес золота»
