Параметры гемодинамики и цитокинов у больных ишемической болезнью сердца и артериальной гипертензией

Abstract

Hemodynamic and cytokine parameters in patients with ischemic heart disease and hypertension (proinflammatory cytokine - interleukin-1β, antiinflammatory cytokine - interleukin-10, CD40 ligand (CD40L)) in patients with grade 2 and 3 arterial hypertension and ischemic heart disease. The results of the study showed that the increase in the prices of the hemodynamic parameters and the decrease in the elasticity of the arteries are most pronounced in patients with ischemic heart disease and cicatricial changes in the myocardium. The increase in the level of CD40L was observed in patients with coronary artery disease and coronary artery disease with scarring in the myocardium.

Параметры гемодинамики и цитокинов у больных ишемической болезнью сердца и артериальной гипертензией (провоспалительного цитокина – интерлейкина-1β, противовоспалительного цитокина - интерлейкин-10, лиганда CD40 (CD40L)) у пациентов с артериальной гипертонией 2 и 3 степени и ишемической болезнью сердца. результаты исследования продемонстрировали, что повышение центральногемодинамических параметров и снижение эластичности артерий наиболее выражены у больных с ИБС и рубцовыми изменениями в миокарде. Увеличение уровня CD40L наблюдалось у лиц с ИБС и ИБС с ПИк.
