Особенности противоопухолевого иммунитета при колоректальном раке: обзор литературы

Abstract

This review of literature is devoted to the characterization of the immune response in the patients with colorectal cancer, and the effect of inflammatory reactions on the course and prognosis of this disease. In the modern science sources are presented various information on the components systemic inflammatory response, and cellular microenvironment of the tumor, and their controversial role in immunoprogression and immunosuppression. Understanding the structural organization of the immune/ inflammatory component of the tumor microenvironment, a detailed analysis of the phenotype of cellular components, over the years gives more and more information in the context of the fundamental and applied medical research. The review discusses the role of various inflammatory components of humoral and tissue immunity in colorectal cancer, and their effect on neoplastic progression, as well as on predicting the course of this malignant neoplasm, and possible methods of using specific therapy.

обзор литературы посвящен характеристике иммунного ответа у пациентов с колоректальным раком, влиянию демаркационных воспалительноклеточных реакций на течение и прогноз этого заболевания. В современной литературе представлены различные данные о компонентах системного ответа и клеточного микроокружения опухоли, а также их противоречивой роли в развитии региональной иммунопрогрессии и иммуносупресии. В обзоре рассмотрена роль различных воспалительных компонентов гуморального и тканевого иммунитета при колоректальном раке, их влияние на опухолевую прогрессию, а также на прогнозирование течения данного злокачественного новообразования и возможных методах применения специфической терапии.
