Легочно-плевральная форма течения острой гнойно-деструктивной пневмонии у детей: торакоскопический адгезиолизис и санация

Abstract

The aim of this study is to study the features of the implementation of thoracoscopic procedures in children with acute purulent-destructive pneumonia and assessment of treatment outcomes. It analyzed 27 case histories of children with this pathology, which was carried out thoracoscopic adhesiolysis with debridement of the pleural cavity. Particular attention is paid to the technique of the operation and features of the postoperative period. Mean operative time was 67±8 minutes, the average length of stay of children in a hospital in the postoperative period was 21 ±2 days. It is concluded that thoracoscopic interventions have many advantages and are the choice of the operations in the treatment of acute purulent-destructive pneumonia.

Цель исследования. Изучить особенности выполнения торакоскопических вмешательств у детей при острой гнойно-деструктивной пневмонии и оценить результаты лечения.
