Оценка риска развития местных рецидивов рака молочной железы после органосохраняющих операций в соответствии с биологическими подтипами опухоли

Abstract

In this study analysis of the risk of local recurrence of breast cancer will be estimated in accordance with the molecular characteristics of the tumor, which include the expression of estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor gene and expression of the human epidermal growth factor — HER2. Also in assessing the risk of local recurrence we will consider the rate of proliferation of the tumor. Basing on the results of IHC study group of patients with relapse, the analysis of the most common molecular subtypes of breast cancer and to assess their role in the development of local recurrence.

Цель исследования. Оценить риск развития рецидивов РМЖ в соответствии с молекулярным фенотипом опухоли и проследить динамику изменений иммунофенотипа первичной опухоли в случаях рецидива.
