Abstract

The HIV-pandemic is spreading across the planet more than a quarter century, causes all countries significant economic damage, causing social instability. Throughout the years the problem of HIV/AIDS was the subject of discussion in international organizations, the UN, the WHO and other communities, edging out second place cancer and cardiovascular disease. The epidemic situation in the Sverdlovsk region continues to remain tense. On 01.01.2015 registered in the region more than 73 thousand cases of HIV-infection. An important element of HIV- prevention is to identify persons in contact with them. The method of «notification of partners» used most often. HIV-infected person can either independently inform partners about the risk of HIV infection and to invite the counselling centre for AIDS prevention, or provide the consultant with the contact details of the partners. When household emergencies, the main method is self-reversal.

Цель исследования. Изучить риск развития гемоконтактных инфекций у сотрудников медицинских организаций, в том числе хирургического профиля, в результате аварийных ситуаций с экспозицией крови и дать рекомендации по их профилактике.
