Abstract

To determine the levels of contamination of the skin of hands of medical personnel at the stages before and after antiseptic treatment. The high degree of contamination of the skin after the treatment of hands with soap and water and antiseptics hygienic due to violations of technology procedures. It is proved that the use of gloves with inner antimicrobial coating (AMT) provides a high degree of protection of patients and staff. Sowing positive microflora from the skin of hands after removing gloves AMT was much smaller in comparison with those after normal gloves.
