Abstract

The analysis of treatment of 61 cases of consequences of fractures of scaphoid bone at 10 women and 51 men aged from 16 till 57 years is carried out. In 6 cases took place of a failure of union, in 55 — nearthroses with limitation periods after a trauma more than 6 months. 4 options quick treatments are used: the closed and open osteosynthesis of a scaphoid the compressing screw, an open osteosynthesis with an osteal autoplasty and bracing by spokes, an open osteosynthesis the device of external bracing with an osteal autoplasty and bracing of a graft spokes. The carried-out analysis testifies to need of the differentiated choice of a way of an operative measure taking into account localization, safety of a scaphoid, existence of a sclerosis, an osteoporosis and cysts of a scaphoid, and also deforming changes of a hand joint. At scaphoid nearthroses with osteal defect and cystoid reorganization by the most optimum the osteal autoplasty with bracing of a scaphoid spokes and the Ilizarov apparatus is.
