Abstract

The pancreas is more massive gland than the liver in the digestive system. Actually, research of surgical diseases of pancreas is one of the leading trends of Gastroenterology. The urgency of the problem is due to a significant incidence of population in different regions of the world. The most frequent diseases of pancreas — cancer and pancreatitis of the gland. The pathology spread in different age categories. The aberrant pancreas is the most frequent anomaly of growth of human's pancreas. Asymptomatic in some cases, disease entails severe complications. The highest incidence of disease observed in the localization of tissue aberrant pancreas in the stomach wall. The minimum frequency of the pathology observed in the localization of tissue aberrant pancreas in the jejunum, and Meckel diverticulum.
