Результаты лечения больных с коксартрозом и гонартрозом методом внутритканевой электростимуляции

Abstract

Prevalence of deforming arthrosis in different regions of the world ranges from 13.6 to 41.7% and significantly increases as the population ages. It is found everywhere, especially in developed countries. In Russia 23% of all funds allocated for in-patient treatment of citizens is spent on patients with disorders of the musculoskeletal system. About 6,5-12% of patients with orthopedic patients make it to osteoarthrosis. As the frequency of lesions on the share of the hip and knee joints accounts for about 76%. Treatment of patients with deforming arthrosis should be an early, pathogenetically justified step by step. Basic principles of treatment — removal of the causes contributing to the development of disease, elimination of inflammatory changes, the restoration of lost functions.

Цель исследования. Оценить результаты лечения больных коксартрозом и гонартрозом на различных стадиях с применением способа внутритканевой электростимуляции.
