Особенности заболеваемости посттравматическим остеомиелитом в условиях хирургического отделения больницы

Abstract

The problem of rehabilitation of patients with osteo-articular pathology of the musculoskeletal system in a purulent infection remains an important and has not only medical but also socio-economic importance. The urgency of the problem is due, on the one hand, the steady increase in the frequency and severity of the disease and on the other — a high percentage of poor outcomes, despite the use of the most modem methods of surgical treatment and the use of antibacterial agents last generations. Complicating the situation and constantly changing flora osteomyelitic focus, especially in recent years there has been a marked trend of increasing resistance of microorganisms main bacterial among the majority of antibacterial drugs. At present, the standard in the treatment of chronic osteomyelitis is an integrated approach. Surgery is often a multi-step and thus contributes to increasing time of treatment.

Цель исследования. Изучить заболеваемость посттравматическим остеомиелитом у больных, госпитализированных в отделении гнойной хирургии ЦГКБ №23 г. Екатеринбурга.
