Особенности временной организации болевой чувствительности и двигательной активности лабораторных животных в эксперименте с производными барбитуровой кислоты (тиопентал натрия)

Abstract

Experimental work aiming to detect circadian rhythms at not purebred white mice-males, and also to estimate the reaction of experimental animals on thermal irritation depending on time of days and possible influence on it of some derivatives barbiturates. Researches were carried out basing on method of "a hot plate» with Actothermoalgizimetr application. The research wort estimated twenty-four-clock and registrated the reaction of mice on thermal irritation without use of medicine and during its effect. In the course of experiment it was revealed that use of pharmacological active substances (sodium thiopental) can change reactions of experimental animals to thermal irritation depending on time of days.
