Лечение политравмы в специализированной больнице крупного промышленного центра

Abstract

The aim of this work was increasing of the effectiveness of treatment of injured people with polytraumas with the help of modern principles and little-ivasive methods. The tasks of the research were: study of kinds of combined traumas, determination of the way of surgical treatment, and result analysis of the help to injured people with a polytrauma. The analysis of the treatment of 227 patients was conducted since 2002 to 2009. The algorithms of medical care to injured people with a truama of a pelvis and extremities were formulated. Modern tactical approaches, possibilities and advantages of application of modern little-invasive methods while treating patient with a polytrauma were demonstrated on the clinical examples. The application of the worked out principles provided restoration amatomico-functional indices with the minimum number of complications for the shortest period of in-patient treatment, and also made it possible to achieve positive results in 87 % of injured people treating.

Целью работы было повышение эффективности лечения пострадавших с политравмой с применением современных принципов интенсивной терапии и малоинвазивных хирургических методик. Задачами исследования были: изучение видов сочетанных травм, определение тактики оперативного лечения и анализ результатов оказания помощи пострадавшим с политравмой. Материал и методы. Проведен анализ лечения 227 пациентов с политравмой за период 2002-2009 гг. Сформулированы алгоритмы оказания помощи пострадавшим с травмой таза, конечностей. На клиническом примере продемонстрированы современные тактические подходы, преимущества применения малоинвазивных методик при лечении пациентов с политравмой. Результаты. Применение оптимальных алгоритмов обеспечило восстановление анатомо-функциональных показателей с минимальным количеством осложнений за короткие сроки стационарного лечения, и позволило добиться положительных результатов лечения у 87% пострадавших.
