Abstract

Defects of the face are formed as a result of gunshot wounds, mechanical damage and after removal of tumors. In severe injuries to the face are produced large real defects of soft and bone tissues. To eliminate them multiple plastic surgery is required. Often, large defects are repaired by prosthesis. These dentures replace more often the defects of the nose, ear, eye and are called exoprostheses. The methods and specialities of orthopedic treatment of patients with facial deformities have been studied. Methods of obtaining impressions and face masks for the manufacture of exoprostheses have been mastered. Using the example of a case of manufacturing nasal prosthesis for the patient after surgery for recurrence of basal cell carcinoma of the nose has been suggested a new way to get an impression of the face and received a patent for the invention 'Method of getting the impression of face mask» № № 2352296 2356518 from 27.05.09.

Дефекты лица образуются в результате огнестрельных ранений, механических повреждений и после удаления опухолей. При тяжелых повреждениях лица образуются большие истинные дефекты мягких и костных тканей. Для их устранения требуются многократные пластические операции. Нередко большие дефекты устраняются путем протезирования. Такие протезы замещают чаще дефекты носа, уха, глаза и называются зкзопротезами. Изучены методы и особенности ортопедического лечения пациентов с дефектами лица. Освоены методы получения оттиска и маски лица для изготовления экзопротезов. На примере клинического случая изготовления протеза носа пациентке после операции по поводу рецидива базалиомы носа предложен новый способ получения оттиска лица и получен патент на изобретение «Способ получения оттиска для маски лица» №2352296 №2356518 от 27.05.09.
