Abstract

Цель исследования: определить возможность лечения неиммунной водянки плода, вызванной анемией вирусной этиологии, путем применения внутриутробных, внутрисосудистых переливаний крови и альбумина плоду. Результаты: В статье описан опыт лечения данной патологии в ФГБУ «НИИ ОММ» Минздравсоцразвития России, г.Екатеринбург. Основные выводы: Определение причины развития НИВП является основным в определении прогноза и тактики ведения пациенток. При наличии методики пренатального лечения НИВП, оно является предпочтительным. Учитывая вклад инфекции, в частности вирусной, в структуре перинатальных потерь диктует необходимость расширения спектра обследований беременных с НИВП у плодов.
