Наиболее часто встречающиеся сочетания полинеоплазий после лучевого лечения первой опухоли

Abstract

The aim of our study is to analyze the combination of metachronous multiple primary tumors that developed after radiation therapy of the first tumor. The material of the study are historical data on the treatment of 232 patients in the Chelyabinsk Regional Oncology Center, who later after radiotherapy of the tumor first appeared metachronous multiple primary tumors. Statistical analysis of the results of the research program using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 22.0.0.0; Statistica Version 10.0.0.0. In our study, the most frequent localization of the tumor in the first generally observed in the breast, female genital organs and skin; the second tumor was most often represented by skin cancer, cancer of the digestive system, respiratory cancer and breast cancer. In men, the first tumor was often represented lip cancer, mouth and throat, skin cancer and cancer of the respiratory and chest; the second tumor was often represented by a cancer of the respiratory and chest, skin cancer and cancer of the digestive system. In women, the first tumor was most often presented with breast cancer and cancer of the female reproductive organs; the second tumor was often represented by skin cancer, breast cancer and cancer of the digestive system.

Целью нашего исследования является анализ сочетания первично-множественных метахронных опухолей, развившихся после лучевой терапии первой опухоли. Материалом исследования являются архивные данные по лечению 232 больных в Челябинском областном онкологическом диспансере (ГБУЗ ЧОКОД), у которых впоследствии после лучевой терапии первой опухоли возникли первично-множественные метахронные опухоли. Для статистической обработки результатов исследования использовали программы IBM SPSS Statistics Version 22.0.0.0; Statistica Version 10.0.0.0. В нашем исследовании наиболее частая локализация первой опухоли в целом отмечена в молочной железе, женских половых органах и коже; вторая опухоль чаще всего была представлена ЗНО кожи, ЗНО органов пищеварения, ЗНО органов дыхания и ЗНО молочной железы. У мужчин первая опухоль была чаще всего представлена ЗНО губы, полости рта и глотки, ЗНО кожи и ЗНО органов дыхания и грудной клетки; вторая опухоль была чаще всего представлена ЗНО органов дыхания и грудной клетки, ЗНО кожи и ЗНО органов пищеварения. У женщин первая опухоль чаще всего была представлена ЗНО молочной железы и ЗНО женских половых органов; вторая опухоль была чаще всего представлена ЗНО кожи, ЗНО молочной железы и ЗНО органов пищеварения.
