Abstract

Chronic endometritis (СЕ) is the cause of reproductive losses in 30-35% of cases (EB Johnston-Macananny et al., 2009). At the same time 80-90% of patients are women of reproductive age. There is no clear algorithm of diagnosis and treatment women with CE, which takes into account all the elements of pathogenesis. There are no the particular clinical signs jf CH, an imperceptible progression of the disease- all makes an important to research methods determine the complexity of prevention and treatment of CE. Examination of possible mechanisms of CH development, the development of the most effective diagnostic methods, treatment and rehabilitation of patients with this pathology are one of the important problems of modern obstetrics and gynecology.

Хронический эндометрит (ХЭ) является причиной репродуктивных потерь в 30-35% случаев (EBJohnston-Macanannyetal., 2009). При этом 80-90% пациенток - женщины репродуктивного возраста. На сегодняшний день отсутствует четкий алгоритм ведения женщин с ХЗ, учитывающий все звенья патогенеза. Латентное течение, отсутствие клинической манифестации, малоинформативность общедоступных методов исследования определяют сложности профилактики и лечения ХЗ. Изучение возможных механизмов развития ХЭ, разработка наиболее эффективных методов диагностики, лечения и реабилитации больных с данной патологией являются одной из актуальных проблем современного акушерства и гинекологии.
