Инновационный подход к управлению противотуберкулезной службой на Урале

Abstract

The research objective is development of an innovative model of research and information system for the antituberculous service management on the basis of the complex assessment of the tuberculosis epidemic situation and the results of work of antitubercular institutions in the Urals. In the process of the system functioning monitoring of the epidemic tuberculosis situation and of the results of the antitubercular service activities is carried out; an automated analysis of tuberculosis indicators, working out the recommendations for implementation of administrative decisions in the high risk subjects, the control of efficiency of such implementation are also performed.

Целью исследования явилась разработка инновационной модели информационно-аналитической системы управления противотуберкулезной службой на основе комплексной оценки эпидемической ситуации по туберкулезу и результатов работы противотуберкулезных учреждений на Урале. В процессе функционирования системы осуществляется мониторинг эпидемической ситуации по туберкулезу и результатов деятельности противотуберкулезной службы; автоматизированный анализ показателей по туберкулезу; выработка рекомендаций для реализации управленческих решений в субъектах высокого риска; контроль эффективности реализации управленческих воздействий.
