Изучение классификация лицевых болей на основании литературного обзора

Abstract

Today the leading position in the structure of dental diseases is occupied by facial pain. This is due to their high prevalence in the population and increase in the severity and intensity of the current process. Because of the fact that the classification of this disease is not widely understood, the correct diagnosis is often difficult [11 ,4 ,1 ,1 7 ]. Actually, there are still шалу controversial and unresolved issues related primarily to the main sections - the etiology, pathogenesis and principles of treatment of facial pain. Therefore it is relevant to study features of the problem classification that created the preconditions for its research (12, 5 ,6 ,2 0 ,1 8 ].

На сегодняшний день в структуре стоматологических заболеваний одно из ведущих мест занимают лицевые боли. Это связанно с их высокой распространенностью среди населения, увеличением выраженности и интенсивности течения процесса. В связи с тем, что классификация данной патологии недостаточно широко изучена, постановка правильного диагноза часто затруднена [11,4,1,17]. На сегодняшний день остается еще много дискуссионных и нерешенных вопросов, относящихся, прежде всего к основным разделам - этиологии, патогенезу и принципам терапии лицевых болей. В связи с этим представляется актуальным изучение особенностей классификации данной проблемы, что создало предпосылки для её изучения [1 2 ,5 ,6 ,2 0 ,1 8 ].
