Оптимизация и фармакоэкономические аспекты терапии синдрома «сухого глаза»

Abstract

The results of pharmacoeconomic analysis of complex therapy regimens for transient corneal-conjunctival xerosis "Dry eye" (DES) syndrome are presented in the study. The advantage of the scheme with the use of an immunomodulator, an antioxidant, stimulant of regeneration with standard DES therapy in comparison with the standard treatment regimen for pharmacoeconomic indicators, the dynamics of clinical symptoms, and clinical efficacy was revealed.

В данной работе проведен фармакоэкономический анализ результатов применения схем комплексной терапии синдрома «сухого глаза» ССГ. Выявлены клиническое и фармакоэкономическое преимущества схемы с применением иммуномодулятора, антиоксиданта и стимулятора регенерации в сопровождении к стандартной терапии ССГ по сравнению с традиционной схемой лечения.
