Единый подход к ведению пациентов с аутоиммунным тиреоидитом (литературный обзор)

Abstract

A literature review on approaches to the management of patients with autoimmune thyroiditis is presented. A comprehensive approach to the conservative treatment of autoimmune thyroiditis, based on the indicators of ultrasound, Doppler sonography, the study of the morphofunctional characteristics of thyroid epithelium, allows differentiated treatment of patients with various forms of thyroiditis. The widespread introduction into practice of puncture treatment methods, physiotherapy allows to achieve positive results: reduce the level of autoimmune auto-aggression, improve the structure of the gland, reduce manifestations of hypothyroidism. The article discusses questions about the complexity of diagnosis and management of patients with autoimmune thyroiditis.

Представлен литературный обзор о подходах к ведению пациентов с аутоиммунным тиреоидитом. Комплексный подход к консервативному лечению аутоиммунного тиреоидита, основанный на показателях ультразвукового исследования, допплерографии, изучении морфофункциональных особенностей тиреоидного эпителия, позволяет дифференцированно проводить лечение пациентов с различными формами тиреоидитов. Широкое внедрение в практику пункционных методов лечения, физиотерапии позволяет добиться положительных результатов: снижения уровня аутоиммунной аутоагрессии, улучшения структуры железы, уменьшения проявлений гипотиреоза. В статье обсуждаются вопросы о сложности диагностики и тактике ведения пациентов с аутоиммунным тиреоидитом.
